What does NBS stand for?
No-Bullsh!t. Basically we tell how it is for us and damn the consequences.

What do you use to record NBS Reivew?
We use Skype along with Audio Hijack to capture the actual audio on to a Apple Mac. NBS Review team uses Plantronics Audio 90 and 510 USB headsets. The audio is then edited with Adobe Audition as a raw high quality WAV files before being encoded into mp3 for distribution.

When do new shows / episodes come out?
At the moment we aim to produce 3 shows per month. These are normally available on the Monday following a recording. So check the site regularly or subscribe to the feeds which are available on the right.

What structure do the shows take?
On each NBS Episode we take 3 topics that are either topical or long term debates and discuss them in detail. This normally comprises of a computer hardware / gaming and mainstream topic. Although this is not always the case, we wonder off on off topic at times.

Is your podcast child-safe?
The short answer is no. The NBS team is made up of young adult males, so occasionally we do swear on the cast. We do endevour to keep the sailor talk to a minimum though if you are easily offended you may wish to look elsewhere for you tech-podcast-fix.
